Head of Operations,

Primary functions:
This role entails coordinating and running all operational functions. This includes ensuring seamless execution and strategic planning to exceed client expectations. Ideal candidate will be expected to oversee all aspects of operations, from process implementation to team leadership, ensuring the company maintains its high standards of service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive processes, systems and procedures for efficient operations
- Conduct thorough and proactive planning for seasonal business requirements based on client requirement
- Provide high level support to the CEO and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Strategically position assets nationally to utility and ensure readiness for deployment
- Collaborate inter departmentally to ensure alignment with operational outputs
- Lead and manage complex projects using advanced project management methodologies
- Manage day to day operations
- Ensure accurate, timeous and quality reporting on all operational activities
- Oversee the management of warehouse, fleet and logistics
- Manage annual budgets for internal operations and client projects.
- Track and monitor cost and develop and identify cost saving opportunities
- Foster innovation and communication
- Promote culture of safety, accountability and systematic work processes across all area Minimum Requirements:
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, Marketing, Management , Hospitality or related field
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous
- Marketing or Project Management certification may be preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in operations management with an agency of similar environment is expected
- At least 3-5 years of experience in senior management role, overseeing multiple department
- Experience within the marketing, advertising, FMCG, hospitality or communications industry is essential.
